Rey and Meanne are good friends of my sister. I was asked by my sister to help them plan and prepare the wedding. It was a privileged to work with this couple. Actually, Rey was the one planning the wedding. Since, Meanne is currently working in Dubai. I must say that Rey did a great job in wedding planning. He was able to submit all the requirements on time.

The ceremony was held at Caleruega Church and reception at Josephine’s Restaurant. The wedding was simple yet elegant. It was attended by close friends and relatives. The couple opted for a short reception programme. It was a fun & memorable wedding.

Jet & Marianne's Wedding (02.29.08)

JET and MARIANNE are exceptional couple who wanted to get married on a leap year. You read it right... 29TH OF FEBRUARY 2008 is the wedding date.

When Marianne inquired and asks me if I'm available on the said date... I said Feb 28 or 29? She said Feb 29. And that started the wedding preparation.

Jet and Marianne wanted a non-traditional wedding. From the color motif which is silver gray to their wedding entourage composed mainly of immediate family.

The Church: The wedding ceremony was held at Chapel on the Hill at Nasugbu Batangas.

The Reception Venue: Antonio's Restaurant in Tagaytay City. Antonio's provided a very intimate and relaxed ambiance. Cocktails and drinks were served at the garden area as soon as the guests arrived. A delicious sit-down dinner was served. The program was very brief because the couple wanted the guests to enjoy the sumptuous food and beautiful music.

I don't have their wedding photos but i have their prenup photos... View slideshow = ) (Photos by NextGen)

(Photos by Dino Lara)

Bernadette is a long time friend. It was a priveledge to be chosen to handle and coordinate her wedding. I know that planning was not easy for her, Q is always out of town or out of the country. The wedding ceremony was held at Chapel on The Hill at 2pm. It was officiated by Fr. Jboy Gonzales a friend of the couple. He gave a very meaningful homily. Wadhera - Francisco Wedding [01.04.08]

PHOTOS COURTESY BY LEE LLAMAS

Weddings @ Work really do wonders for overseas couple. The site really helps the couple plan & prepares wedding here in the Philippines. W@W has an extensive list of suppliers. Sunil inquired thru email. At first I met his cousins Oly & Edgar at Starbucks Glorietta sometime September 2006. Sunil & Maylene visits Manila in December 2006.

Sunil & Maylene is one of my overseas couple. They’re both Canadian citizen & they wanted to get married here in our country. And most of their relatives live here. We had cocktails at the foyer of Garden Ballroom while couple was having photo opt with their entourage at Luneta Park & Bay View. Wine & canapĆ©’s were served to guests. They were serenaded by Bernie Pasamba.

Their friends from Canada prepared a “Tinikling” dance number. One of their barkada rendered a song & prepared an audio visual presentation [AVP] for them. Cousins of Sunil played violin.

The couple carefully selected the menu for their guests. They also prepared vegetarian meals. Below was their chosen set meal:
